Kristine

Raised in the California desert, Kristine swapped Joshua trees for palm trees when she moved to Long Beach for college. She brought her affinity for reading and writing with her, and ultimately turned that into a technical writing career. Kristine also counts photography among her hobbies, making Jason pose for shots during hikes.

Jason

A proud native of Long Beach, Calif., Jason is an avid golfer and sports fan. He used to be able to blame that addiction on his job as a sports designer at the Los Angeles Times. Now, he's dragging Kristine to baseball games, F1 races, and golf tournaments just for fun. Jason also enjoys a good hike or whitewater rafting trip, but hates running. Running is stupid.

Catsby

​The cat portion of Truck • Trailer • Cat is a stray Snowshoe who stumbled into Jason’s and Kristine’s lives in 2014. They named her Catsby, which led her to consider running away, but she decided to stay because these hoomans offered food and cuddles. Catsby has what most people would call a “strong personality,” but she’s taken to life on the road quite well.
